CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers)

Significant changes are happening in the CASE markets. The advent of increasingly stringent controls over volatile organics and the use of heavy metals are driving the search for clean chemistry in both the preparation of polymers and new curing technologies.

Rahucat is at the forefront of developing peroxide and oxygen activated curing in all four markets, capable of meeting or exceeding current and future legislation in Europe and beyond into other global regions.

Its recent success in providing a clean, robust, cost effective paint and ink drier in collaboration with OM Group is a signal of things to come. Technical partnerships in adhesives, sealants and polymerisation aids for a range of resin markets are expected to deliver similar eco performance benefits.
