January 2009 - The Board of Rahu is delighted to announce the appointment of its first Non Executive Director, David Greensmith.

David has enjoyed a long and highly successful career in the global chemical sector including Managing Director Fujifilm, Chief Operating Officer of Avecia, and as one of the three directors leading Zeneca Specialty Chemicals into private ownership. David's more than 30 years experience also includes significant M&A work, knowledge of key Rahu markets and, of course, new business development.

David holds a number of other non executive positions including Chairman of One Central Park, Chairman Liverpool Associates in Tropical Health, Chairman of MatOx Ltd and Non Exec Director of the Warwick International Group Ltd.

Commenting on the appointment, Rahu CEO Paul Smith recognised David's wealth of experience and industry network and added "Rahu is moving to a new phase in its development and David's guiding hand will be pivotal in ensuring we deliver on our plans to create growth and value."
