OM Group, Inc. (NYSE:OMG) and Rahu Catalytics sign their global licence deal ahead of the European Coatings Show in Nuremberg, Germany

OMG and Rahu have signed the global exclusive arrangements announced in December 2008, for the sale and marketing of new oxidative drying technology; the signing of this deal is in time for the technology's global launch at the forthcoming European Coating Show in Nuremberg, Germany, which starts on 30 March.

Representatives from both companies will attend the Nuremberg show to present the technology at the Congress (Session 12) on the morning of Tuesday 31 March, and will be on hand throughout the show to share the technology benefits with customers at the OMG Borchers GmbH stand; please visit us in Hall 7, Stand no 7-543.
