Pulp and Paper
Pulp bleaching dominates the global hydrogen peroxide market.
It accounts for more than 55% of the total volume produced. Hydrogen peroxide is used in both elemental chlorine free (ECF) and total chlorine free (TCF) processes, and for both hardwood and softwood pulp types.
RahuCat accelerators have the capacity to improve the bleaching efficiency of peroxides at lower operating temperatures, reduced chemical load and shorter residence times in the bleaching tower and offer the potential to reduce cost of investment significantly.
We have indentified products and
operating conditions which support the
continued manufacture of bright, high
strength long and short fibre for
paper making.
