Textiles
A successful element of creating attractive and stylish fabrics is the effective pre-treatment and bleaching of cotton.
Current bleaching processes can be harsh and energy inefficient.
RahuCat has developed a range of Dragon activator systems which allow textile processors to bleach cotton effectively at lower temperatures and shorter cycle times, and in much milder alkaline conditions.
The Result:
- Continued consistency of brightness and wettability
- No incremental fibre damage
- Lower energy and water consumption
- Shorter cycle times, providing increased asset utilisation
- Little or no cost increase in the textile auxiliary package
- and the added benefits of a softer feel and
reduced creasing
